Use of Brainix in
Willibald-Gymnasium Eichstätt
Individual Differentiation
At the Eichstätt Willibald-Gymnasium, the new learning software Brainix was used in three sixth-grade classes throughout the entire 2021/22 school year.
The teachers involved appreciate the holistic approach of the
The software and the differentiation it enables in the classroom. The students are highly motivated and enjoy learning with the software.

The traditional secondary school, whose origins date back to the early medieval cathedral school, is proud of its "lived togetherness, the mutual support enshrined in the school's constitution," says Gisela Albrecht, Director of Studies and Deputy Head of School. This sense of togetherness is not only a hallmark of the school internally – with the "Neighbor in Need" initiative, which has evolved into a social fund supported by regular activities, the Willibald School supports those in need in the district. The school's strong social focus is also due to its very active social sciences program, which, alongside the language and science-technology programs, shapes the curriculum offered by the school, which currently has almost 700 students.
Everyone learns at their own pace. Students can progress in small steps. However, those who have already mastered the material for a lesson go to the training center to further improve. Such differentiation isn't possible in traditional classroom instruction.
